We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday are answered the next business day.

What to include

If it is about an order, send your order number and the email you ordered with. If something arrived damaged or is not working, a photo or a short video gets it solved in one reply instead of three.
